Mazda Repair: Header pipe nuts on a 1990 Mazda MX6, flange gasket, exhaust flange

Question
My buddy has a 1990 Mazda MX6, automatic tranny, 2.2L. normally asperated engine.  It has 190K miles on it.  I don't have the VIN # but its not needed for this question I think.

1) The last time I got in there to replace an axle the header pipe was leaking.  Is it held on by nuts screwed onto studs?  What is the size of the stock nuts?

2) I don't have an oxy/act. torch unit so how do I get the nuts off W/O breaking the studs off?  I'm sure tht they are rusted/welded solid by now !?!?!?!??

3) Does this outfit Express Autoparts have the header pipe in stock?  I got $72.69 of of the internet as their price for it.  Is that correct?  If so what is the shipping time to me in northern New Jersey  (07452)?

3a) Where is it shipped from?

4) My local counter man at Mazda shows two different gaskets for the exhaust manifold to the header pipe.  It is called an "exhaust flange gasket".  One is 55mm P/N H40000-40198 and the other one is a 65mm P/N H40000-40887.  Which one do I need?  What is the cost and P/N?

Are they in stock now?  I don't know the other P/N or name of the gasket that goes on the outlet of the header pipe between it and the intermediate pipe (I believe).  What is it's P/N and what about the price and availability too?

Many thanks for your help!

Regards,Ken

Answer
it's held on by bolts. you wouldn't be able to break them loose even if you used a breaker bar. the only way you would be able to get them off is with an impact wrench or some sort of power tool. sorry about the other questions though i wouldn't be able to help you out with that. use the vin# and go to different part stores and online stores to find that out but youll need all the vehicle info like the vin#, engine size, maybe type of transmission and other things like that
