Mercedes Benz repair: dealer quote on the s430 insturment clus, insturment, eletronic

MBZ sent letter stating regarding the insturment because of fautity wiring, the wanted charge 1000.00 for a SOM computer located in the rear which was failing and not covered. I get the car back and all rear eletronic are out, brake lights everything. and the dealer isn't calling back. whats do think would be the best way to handle issue?

honestly i dont go to the dealer, or stealer.. as far as regarding with the issue they will tell you something or another . that they have to change this or that..which generally would be another 1000 dollars do some investigation go to benzworld.org and put up a profile and post a question
