Mercedes Benz repair: transmission, auto help, filter change

1987 190 4 matic trans, When i take off the tranny changes gears hard and very quickly even when you leave it in drive. I have checked all fluids they seem to be fine. If i take off slowly it shifts ok, but stills shifts kinda hard. Please help me! Thankyou

I would try a fluid and filter change first. I that does not work I would suggest that you contact Mark at Sun Valley Mercedes for a rebuilt unit. They offer a 2 year warrantee . It would be your best option as this transmission probably has a lot of miles on it and you will not know the extent of repairs needed unit you take it apart.
