I am having problems with my windows, interior lights and mirrors not working at times.  Now, my transmission won't shift out of first gear.  Is this all connected?  Could this be a bad ground or a faulty computer.  I had the trans. input speed senor and housing replaced per check engine code.  Also, can a computer be replaced with a used computer from the same make and model but different Vin #'s?

With the type of electrical problems you are experiencing, I would strongly recommend taking the vehicle to a certified MB technician for diagnosis. As for computer replacement, most all of the computers are VIN correct and will have different programming based on year and month of production. About 99% of the time, you will need to have a vin correct computer to operate properly.
