Mercedes Benz repair: 2000 C230 Komp A/C-Heat Blower Motor, mercedes benz c 230, mercedes benz c

When I turn my car completely off, my fan which blows a/c and heat stays on.  The only way to shut it off is to remove the fuse located under the hood.  It looks like there is a short in the blower motor which I would like to relace myself but dont know the best way to gain access to it.  I would like step by step instruction on how to remove the old one and repalce the new one.  Please get back to me as soon as possible

On the C230 Kompressor, the most likley issues will be:
#1. Blower Regulator.
#2. Climate Control Unit.

I hope you have replaced the ACC Cabin Filters, they cut off air flow, and if left long enough they begin smelling bad.
