how to replace broken chrome handle on quarter light

Hi Ray,
As I remember there is a roll pin in the handle itself that needs to be driven out to replace the handle. If the axle that the handle is mounted on has broken off. That is part of the vent window itself and would be better to try to locate another vent window.
