THE CAR WILL ONLY RUN WITH THE KEY IN THE START POSITION WHILE FEEDING THE ENGINE WITH STARTING FLUID OR CARB CLEANER,IT WILL NOT RUN IN THE RUN POSITION, WE HAVE SCANNED THE COMPUTER IT APPEARS TO BE OKAY ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED TO GET IT RUNNING AGAIN

Joe,
This may be due to a fuel supply problem.  It could be caused by a weak fuel pump, clogged fuel injectors, or dirty fuel filter.  Also, if you have a weak spark or low air supply, it can cause a similar problem.  Have those items checked and serviced if necessary.
