Mitsubishi Repair: Electric, mechanic check, dash lights

Ive checked all fuses and to see if everything was pluged in.My speedometer,dash lights and whipers dont work what do you think is wrong?

It sounds like a possible short in your multiswitch in your steering column.  That switch controls the wipers, dash lights, indicator and headlights.  Have your mechanic check that and also see if there are any burnt out parking light bulbs.
