Mitsubishi Repair: Lancer 2000 1.5 Speedo/Tacho/temp and park brake light intermittant, brake warning light, fuse block

Question
Lancer 2000 1.5 Speedo/Tacho/temp and park brake light intermittant. It comes on then for no reason they all stop working. I have checked all fuses, relays and wiring to each sensor in engine bay, checked every connection at fuse block and behind dash connections. Disconnected ECU and checked all connections and still fault comes and goes. The key is that the park brake warning light also is linked to this defect???. It sounds like a simple no power to dash but all power and connections look godd. ?? I at the ECU stage for replacement. Any help??

Answer
Hi, You have took all steps I would have taking I would be thinking of replacing the ECU/PCM myself then I stop and think to myself and say before I do that lets start small and I would start checking the alternator and battery make sure that all connections are clean and that they are working in perfect order.
Could just be a ground wire.

If this is all good I would replaced the ECU. Sorry I could not be more of help but you are knowledgeable enough to take all necessary steps to diagnose the problem. I hope this helps Kevin thanks again
