Answer
Brandon: Sounds like a problem with a weak sensor and the computer. You need to get your mechanic to code the car as to rule out any problems with the computer or the sensors. Your car is about the right year for those sensors to start getting weak. When the computer reads those sensors that then sets things. So if the sensor is getting weak, it would not be reading things right so your car would be not running so good. I would be looking at the Throttle Position Sensor. If after coding the car and nothing show up there. I would be checking for a vacuum leak they will often cause this problem. And one more thing when is the last time you did a good tune up on the car? Stark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor? Air filter might be something to look into too. I hope this helps and good luck! ~Linda~
