Mitsubishi Repair: broken turn signals/hazard flashers, mitsubishi mirage, turn signals

I have a 1989 Mitsubishi Mirage 4DR 1.5L.  For several months, my turn signals would work intermittenly, and finally a few months ago, they stopped working completely.  The hazard flasher operation does not work either.  I have checked the fuses and they seem fine.  I have been told there is a specific device that controls the pulsing of the turn signals/flashers, but I do not know what it looks like.  Any ideas?

Hi Mike,
You have a round looking fuse in the fusebox that is possible that is causing your problem take it out have it checked or run a test on your wires in the fusebox.However told you that  which is a bunch of bull it is all run by the computer box and relay could have a possible corrided wire which is causing your problem and it need rewiring .
