Answer
Ricky,
Since the car had some front end damage, make sure your air filter housing has no cracks in it.  If your air filter housing has any leaking in it, excess (and unmeasured) air will be allowed to enter your engine, and that will cause a high idle.  It will also reduce your gas mileage. When you mentioned that you "lowered the pressure screw", I'm assuming you are referring to the Base Idle Setting Screw.  That should not be adjusted unless you know that overall procedure.  The car's computer and the idle timing adjustment plug should be grounded before that screw is adjusted.

If your air box and intake hoses are fine and properly secured, you should check to make sure your thottle cable is adjusted properly.  But if everything looks fine to you, you may have a problem with your Idle Air Control motor or your Throttle Position Sensor.  You may need a mechanic to fully inspect those items for you.
Good luck!
