QUESTION: The cylinders I am looking at are Canadian made by Sorenson Performance. Also using thier heads and pistons. Cylinders are aluminum as are the heads which are cnc machined.

Answer
I looked at the web site for the cylinders that you are planning on getting. It says it uses a standard base, but I an not sure how they do that since its bigger. Personnally, I would not go over 3 1/2. Like I said before, you are loosing alot of metal cutting that much out. If you are looking for more CI you can always go with a longer stroke
Good luck and happy riding
