QUESTION: i am getting no fire at all. replacing spark plug did not help. where should i check next?

ANSWER: If this bike has an ignition switch, check it's making good connection, also check the kill switch.  When they go faulty this is a common problem.

The ignition part is typically different from the starter button.  Make sure the coil is getting power.  Did you check the kill switch?  If the coil is getting power, then the problem may be in the pickups or in the ignition unit; or the coil may be bad.   You will need to get a circuit diagram for the ignition system for this bike to troubleshoot down to that level.
