Motorcycle Repair: 2001 HD fuel injection, senser, high flow

I have a 2001 Electra Glide Ultra Classic with 7000 original miles.  Lately when starting the engine, it will not kick into high idle.  If I dont open the throttle manually and hold it partially open it will stall.  Once warmed a lttle it is OK.  The other problem is when riding and holding throttle to maintain speed the engine seems to momentarily cut out and immediately reengage.  This problem is intermitent.  Any ideas?  Thanks, Paul

On the throttle no going into high idle, your temp senser is probably going bad and not kicking hte bike into high idle.
The other problem, how often does it do it? Do you have a modifications to the bike, like exhaust, cams, high flow air cleaner?
