Motorcycle Repair: 1986 harley electrs glide, oil tank, harley

upon start up for the first time this year the motor began pumping oil out of the cam breather line under the bike and it seems as no oil is leaving the oil tank as i have changed it and can see its still new and not contaminated. Help with the cause would be great.. Thanks ............

Your problem is the bottom end is full of oil and when you try to start it, the oil going in and the oil that is there cant be pumped back fast enough, so it goes out the breather. Put a pan under the bike and start it. It should clear itself. You can also look in the oil tank and see the flow of the oil. that way you know oil is being pumped
