Motorcycle Repair: no lights, turn signals, dash lights

I have a 1995 FLHTC, i have no headlight, passing lights or tail lights. but i do have dash lights, brake lights and turn signals. i have power to the circuit breaker. what do i do next?

Answer
I would start at the headlight and with a test light work your way back to the source of the power. Go from the headlight to the hi/low switch and then back. Since you have power at the breaker then your problem is between the breaker and lights
