Motorcycle Repair: 1994 DR 125 SE WILL NOT REV ABOVE IDLE, dr 125, starter battery

1200 MILES ON BIKE. Excellent condition. New starter battery,& air filter. Myself & a suzuki dealership in b'ham have been all through carburetor. Cranks easy with choke & idles fine, still will not run above idle. Touch throttle & engine dies. Help, please

I REALLY think you still have a carb problem.The intermediate circuit is still not worming.You have to compleat dismantle the carb before cleaning spray every passage with carb cleaner and make sure it comes out all proper holes.Idel INTERMEDIATE and main.The transfer circuit for sure.These are the 3 or 4 small holes that are clustered together right behind the butterfly.This is the circuit that takes the carb from idol to the maid jet This is the circuit that feeds fuel to the engine between the idol and when the main jet starts to work.I think this is why your bike has its problems.
