Motorcycle Repair: Oil Change, honda cr 125, 1989 honda cr 125

Question
Just got into dirt bikes, and bought a 1989 Honda CR 125. I was wondering how to go about changing the oil and how much it would need?

Answer
Bob, I am not a real big dirt bike/MX fan, so don't have that specific info. A quick search mentioned .5 liters for the early 1970's models, though. The only oil you change is for the transmission/clutch. There should be a drain plug on the bottom and either a dipstick for the fill level checking or sometimes a small level plug that will overflow when you get to the right level.
