Motorcycle Repair: 1978 Suzuki GS400X, vacuum petcock, vacuum hoses

Question
Hey, I have taken the engine out of this bike, and now am installing it on a go kart. Everything is still intact, I believe I have all parts. Engine was running before I took it off. Right now I am confused with all the hoses coming out of the dual carburetors. I think I have them narrowed- top 2 are vacuum hoses, bottom 2 are drain hoses, and the biggest would be the fuel. If this much is correct, I cannot find where the vacuum hoses plug in? I was thinking maybe to the breather cover on top of the head cover? There is a big hose coming out of there, but I thought that was just plugged into the air breather just for clean air... If you could help me with where the vacuum hoses go, it would be greatly appreciated!

Answer
Kyle,

-hoses near the top right of carbs are
vacuum ports to open the gas tank petcock
or for using carb sync gauges.

-bottom carb hoses are drain or carb bowl
vents, they just hang down.

-bigger hose between the carbs is the fuel line.

-the engine breather hose goes to the air filter box.

-the hoses you can't find a place for are
likely those that went to the gas tank
to open the vacuum petcock valve.
