Motorcycle Repair: 2001 Ultra Glide, headlight assembly, handle bars

Question
I would like to tighten the handle bars, as they have a little play. How do I go about it?

To get to the handlebar clamps you have to remove the Headlight assembly and fairing. Its a pretty big job and if you are planning on doing it yourself I would suggest getting a service manual so you know how to take it apart and get it back together
