Motorcycle Repair: please help me, carburetor, spark plug

I have a 2000 Yamaha big bear 400 and it will not stay running when i turn the choke off. I have taken the carburetor off and cleaned it replaced spark plug and air filter and still it will not run right. Thank you for your time.

HI Staci, you have 1 out of two problems. 1) you need to take the hole carb apart and clean every thing. You need carb cleaner and spay in the passage ways. This really sound's like the "emo" tube is clog,Right under the main jet, if you take the main jet loosenot out the tap on it from top a long tube should fall out bowl side of carb. I would have to bet this is dirty and cloged... good luck staci  anymore help let me know
