RV Repair: rubber roof, rv companies, warranty policies

Question
Hi have a 2005 southwind with rubber roof.
Dealer says every 90 day to bring in so they can look at roof to see if it needs to be treated with some kind of dressing. Roof leaked after 3000 miles around a loose air conditioner the dealer says. It leaked  into the front tv. now that tv does not work dealer and fleetwood says no warranty. Is this right

Answer
I have no way of knowing the answer to that. All RV companies and dealers have different warranty policies. At the company I work for, if the unit is still under warranty, everything caused by the leak would probably be covered. But like I say, every company is different. If you have been bringing it in to be checked, then they should have caught that leak before it caused any damage.
These are only my opinions. Good luck.
