QuestionHello, I have a 1985 Honda Nighthawk 450, I have been working on it for a few weeks, and it runs and everything works well on it besides the tail light. In order to have it road ready I need to get it to work, there are "2" dual fillament bulbs, I replaced them both and the brake lights come on, but not the tail lights. would a fuse have anything to do with it?
AnswerI usually only answer questions on Harleys, but I might be able to help.
What you need to do is trace the wire back,with a test light, from the key switch. Make sure you have power going to the lights section of the switch. Then follow the wire back. It probaby goes through a fuse and then to the lights, so you are going ot have to do some tracing.
