Hi Wayne.
 It is possible that the motor has siezed if you ran it too hard or if it sat for a long time without being fired up or properly prepared for storage.

 If you go into the engine on the kickstarter side, check for loose parts in there.  If there is none, then it could be a siezed motor.

 Now there could be a number of different things wrong as well.  without knowing what the symptoms, prior to this problem, were.

Start with that and let me know what you find.
