Motorcycle Repair: throttle, carburater, throttle cable

i have a 47cc mini motorcycle and the hole carburater broke off in cluding the black plastic so i took the time of super gluing it back together. Well it dripped down to the throttle cable which allows it to rev up, and now i can't really start it because the is no way of pull the throttle back. can u tell me how to fix this ?
