My Question
I have a 1985 Goldwing 1200 Linited Edition, It has electronic fuel injection and when started cold, and runs for 20 minutes, all the plugs foul up and the bike stalls out, this happens when the bike gets warm.  My mechanic can't find the specs on the bike as the shop manual is discontinued.  We are positive it's running too rich, maybe the throttle position censor because it is electronic fuel injected.  Your help in this matter would be appreciated.

Hi Joe.
 There could be a few things wrong here, from the injectors needing to be cleaned to something in the electronics portion of the injection system.

 As far as the manual.  Try the following;

One of those should have the repair manual for the bike.  If at all possible, even though discontinued, you should be able to get the factory manual from one of these places.  Those are the absolute best repair manuals out there.
