Motorcycle Repair: gsxr 750 electrical fault, bangkok traffic, respectfuly

Question
My 94 GSXR 750 has a problem whereby the 30a fuse in the ignition box (i think that's what it is, on the frame near the battery on the left hand side, with a direct connection to the battery) blows when the bike get's hot, which is very common in bangkok traffic. a local workshop have looked but could not find the problem. I am currently riding with no rear fairing and a pocket full of fuses!
when the fuse blows there is no power to the bike at all, i have never had a problem with the electrics before. i have checked the cables around the engine block but cannot find a problem with them.
advanced thanks for any help you can give, it's really difficult to have a bike fixed here because there is a lack of knowledg of bigger bikes.
Thanks

Answer
Hi Tim,

Check the amperage of circuits working backwards from the main fuse until you find the source of the problem.

Check the reg/rec and perform an output test of the altenator.

Ensure all connections a CLEAN and Tight, especially chasis grounds and battery terminals.

Use dielectric grease on all electrical connectors.
