Nissan Repair: Fuse or electrical

I have an 1999 Nissan Altima. Well today my power windows, turn signal, horn, air went out and sounds like it is stuck in first gear what could be the problem?????

Hi Clifton

It looks like 2 separate issues unless your check engine light is on. If your check engine light is on, I will need the OBD code for me to go further.

However the power issue seems to be in the large circuit box on the driver side fender well in the engine compartment. Did you replace your battery? Sometimes during the process a fuse is shorted in this box. In any case I would check each related fuse.
