Nissan Repair: driver side window, window glass, janice

my driver side window glass broke and after being replaced, the window will not stay all of the way up...it comes back down about 4 inches once it reaches the top.  any way to reprogram or reset this? thanks for your time.

I am assuming this is a power window.

I would say the window lift or motor came loose, or the regulator is faulty. Either way, my suggestion is to return it to where the window was replaced and have them correct it. Has to be something they did, or did not do, so it should be under their warranty
