Nissan Repair: brakes lockin up, proportioning valve, master cylinder

I replaced my brake line and caliper and my brakes are still locking up.
Any idea why?

If the master cylinder was replaced and the rod length that is inserted into the back of it is too long will cause the brakes to drag.

I do not know the year so if it has ABS that could be sticking too.

Lastly, the proportioning valve could be sticking.
