QUESTION: it turns fast

Answer
Hi Chris -

Please do this test for me. When the car is not starting, have a helper pull out a spark plug wire. Insert a screwdriver inside the boot until it wedges against the terminal inside. Hold the screwdriver 1/4" away from any metal surface of the car and crank the engine (do not touch any metal surface while doing this). There should be a spark jumping between surfaces. If so, then it could be fuel pump, cold start valve, or fuel regulator.
