Nissan Repair: nissan kubiastar van wont start, electronic sensors, nissan dealer

Thursday morn van would not start so give van to nissan dealer and they state that two codes have been flagged up (incr instr/pnlcfg and u3fff code fff)from their computer but they do not kown what they mean and have not been able to re-start van.
They state that they have checked the fuel lines and some of the electronic sensors, but no joy as yet. The van engine does turn over but does not catch

I do not know what codes these are since they are not standard Nissan codes.  Remember that I am in the United States.  I would think the shop should look at the crank angel sensor and the coil for firing the plugs.  Check and see if the vehicle has fuel pressure.  Please email me back as I am interested in these codes and what they find.
