Nissan Repair: No radio, interior dome light, no antenna and airbag light on!, interior dome, radio power

1993 2+2, with 128800 miles.  I Recently had a relay replaced to fix my highbeam, cruise control and blinker problem. Currently my antenna was broken and no longer goes up or down but when I turn vehicle on and off I can hear the motor of the antenna trying to raise and lower. A week ago I pulled into my driveway and when I returned the next morning I didn't hear the antenna trying to raise. I didn't have any radio power, my interior light would not go on and my airbag light is on constantly. Since the last multi problem was repaired by replacing the relay. I am wondering if it is another relay or just a fuse?

This seems like the fuse to me. The antenna may be causing the fuse to blow. The cable probably broke, and the motor is spinning the reel trying to retract. Either disconnect or fix the a ntenna and you should be fine with the fuse.
