Nissan Repair: convert brake drum into brake dics, nissan micra, disc brakes

how can i convert a brake drum into a brake dics on a nissan k12. is there any brake dics from another car who can be mounted in a nissan k12?

The Nissan Micra is the same car and you could source the disc brakes from one of them.  I do not know where you are in the world.  But, the Micra is sold around the world and you should be able to find parts from your particular year.  Remember that you will need the master cylinder as well as the spindles and attach points as well as the hoses, torque members and calipers.
