Nissan Repair: replace EGR valve, thermo coupler, p1400

I replaced the EGR Valve but my engine light is still on.  The code says to check Valve and code number is p1400.

The code is the temperature sensor for the EGR valve.  That is, there is a thermo-coupler that reads the temperature for the EGR.  That is how it detects that the exhaust gas is flowing or not.  The EGR is find but the temperature probe needs to be replaced.  Then, reset the computer and you should be fine...
