Nissan Repair: HOW TO SET TIMING, head gasket, timing light

I HAVE TO CHANGE A HEAD GASKET ON A 1997 ALTIMA AND I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SET THE TIMING

The sticker under the hood gives you the setting.  To do it you need a timing light and disconnect the shunt to allow for the timing to be set.  Loosen the distributor and rotate until you are on the proper marks at the crank dampner.  Then, tighten the bolts and reconnect the connector and you are done.
