My 1996 Nissan Sentra only plows Hot air out when A/C is on any way to solve this ?

This will require some diagnosis -

Most likely you are low on freon, or have a leak in the system. This can be done at any auto shop that does A/C work, or you may take it to a specialist.

Otherwise, can you tell me if the compressor clutch is engaged when you turn the A/C on (this can be determined by hearing a click when you switch the A/C on)?
If so, you may have some blockage in the system. If not, then the above may hold true, or could be the fuse (located under dash, driver side).
