Nissan Repair: 2000 Nissan Frontier A/C, volt ohm meter, nissan frontier

My A/C works when it wants to. I have replaced the pressure switch and recharged the system (I had to put strait power to the compressor). I have checked the fuses, relays, and wires.

You are going to have to use a digital volt/ohm meter or a test light and track the circuit to find where it is screwing up.  On the Frontier it is usually the pressure switch, which you have replaced or the actual switch in the vehicle.  So, pull the switch panel and start backprobing to see if signal is getting out.
