Nissan Repair: Xterra fog lamps, fog lamps, fog light

I have a problem with my fog lamps wiggling as I drive, and I have been told by Nissan that I need a whole new fog light assembly which is close to 300.00! The lights are fine, I just want to know if there is a less expensive way to repair my fog lights without a new assembly kit.

Hi Hugh -

The only thing I can suggest is that you reinforce the existing bracket, or use a heavier gauge steel to mount it. Are these aftermarket lights, or did they come with the vehicle?
