Nissan Repair: fuse map for 99 nissan sentra, fuse one, nissan sentra

Question
my battery died, and i replaced it, but now all my fuses seem to be out. my windows, radio, locks, gauges, and blinkers are all not working.  i'm pretty sure it is the fuse system.  does anyone have a map or any advice on replacing the fuses.

Answer
Hi Timothy -

It seems odd that several circuit should blow just by replacing the battery, unless the terminals were crossed, or psitive was touched with ground during the install process.

Anyway, did you check all the fuses on the block (located below the dash on drivers side)?

Also check the large circuit fuses in the engine compartment, located on the inside fender near the engine. It helps if you have a 12V lamp voltage tester. With the ignition on, simply touch each terminal of the fuse one by one. If one side lights, and the other doesn't, you have found the defective or burnt fuse.

Hope this helps
