Nissan Repair: 1993 Nissan Maxima Starter Fell Off, nissan maxima, transmission shop

I had my transmission rebuilt about 4 weeks ago.  I drive my car sparingly, Sat/Sun at the most.  Yesterday the starter fell off.  Is the starter bolted to the transmission and should I ask the transmission shop to repair it?

I would ask the transmission shop to do the repair for free since they had the starter out as part of putting the transmission in.  If it is not damaged you could reinstall it yourself if you can get some bolts.  I would source some from Nissan or a wrecking yard.  Also, if the starter cable is damaged I would ask for that to be repaired or replaced too.
