i hav a 91 nissan maxima wen the car is wormd up at normol temp and i hit the gas it sounds lik a exost leack or some kind of spuder and a lack of power

You probably have cracked exhaust manifolds.  It was common for this year.  I am surprised that the check engine light has not come on.  Put the car on jack stands and block the tires and have someone start the engine and look for the noise.  Usually, there are a couple of manifold bolts that have broken off too.  A real pain to change but worth it since these lasted so long.
