Nissan Repair: 02 Nissan Sentra SE-R Ingition Coil issue..., nissan sentra, therms

Question
I recently had my car in to take care of an over heating problem and to have my check engine light looked at.  Two problems came up. For the over heating, it was established that my therms were dead.  So I had them replaced and now the car isn't over heating.  The 2nd problem (reason for my check engine light) was that my ingition coils need to be replaced. Due to a limited budget, I have yet to get this done.  The place wants to charge me a little under $500 to get this done.  Does this seem reasonable to you?  Also, how much of a risk am I taking by not getting this problem fixed right away?  I only put about 30 miles a day on my car and plan to get it done within the next few weeks.  Thanks.

Answer
Lemmer,

Go to rockauto.com and you can get the coils for less than half the price you say.  It is really easy to install them since they are on top and only a ten millimeter bolt holds them on.  Go for it and then disconnect the battery for about five minutes and then reconnect it to clear the check engine light.  Oh, I would do the coils soon as possible like within the next couple of weeks.
