Nissan Repair: changing a starter on a 93 Sentra, negative battery cable, tight squeeze

Question
I am pretty sure I need to change the starter and have bought one from the store, I just can't seem to find where it is in my car?  I have the sentra manual and it doesn't tell you where it is, can you please help and any advise you can give to helping changing it would be much appriciated, thanks
Dan

Answer
Dan,

The starter is between the engine and the firewall.  It is not too difficult.  But, it is a tight squeeze to get to.  Be sure to remove the negative battery cable first and when you jack the car up support it with stands and use chocks for the wheels.  You do not want the car to fall while you are under it.  There are only two bolts for the starter and the cable and the ignition plug and a lot of manipulation to get it out.
