Nissan Repair: windshield cleaner ..., nissan altima, odd question

Hi! I have a 1996 nissan altima which is missing the handle for the wipers/wiper cleaner (i know this is an odd question, but it's a long story!) anyways, i was just wondering what fixing this problem would cost, and how difficult is it to fix? thanks for you time!

The wrecking yard would be the best choice as they are the cheapest.  The handle has to be bought with the switch and it can be installed without removal of the column or steering wheel.  You just need to remove the plastic cover from the column and you can get to the screws.
