Nissan Repair: 97 altima stalls when idle, throttle position sensor, air control valve

Question
My 97 altima  stalls when idle. It can happen every time I take the car out, or every other time. There is no check engine light. On the advice of four mechanics, including a certified nissan mechanic, I have done the following things: Change plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, new alternator, used distributor, new knock sensor, used ECM. Still no change. All mechanics say no fuel pump problem, and good spark. Is Idle air control valve a possibility ?
Help ! Could there be a crack in a hose or something ?

Answer
Marcus,

I would set the idle up with the idle air control valve and also clean the throttle body with a good carburetor cleaner.  Do not get the cleaner on the outside of the throttle body where the throttle position sensor is.  Just take the intake hose off and spray the plate and throat and then put the hose back on.  Wait a few minutes to restart the car as it will be flooded with the cleaner.
