if we pull the key out of the ignition and put it back in the ignition locks cant turn car on seem like it does this weather the ssteering wheel is locked or not we have to leave the key in very annoying help thanks

Does a wiggle of the steering wheel get the key to turn?  That would be the steering wheel lock.  If that is not the case try a different key and also use a lubricant on the lock.  Home Depot and others sell lock lubricant.  I had a Stanza that did the same thing and it was both the steering wheel lock and the key I had was worn out.  A new key and lubricant did the trick.
