Nissan Repair: SHORT IN WIRE HARNESS, nissan truck, starter battery

MY 1989 NISSAN TRUCK 4+4 IS DEAD IT WILL NOT START I HAVE A SHORT IN DASH HARNESS. I CAN START MY TRUCK  WITH A JUMP AT THE START.ALL MY ELECTRICAL IS DEAD. MY HORN AND HEADLIGHTS WORKS. I HAVE CHECK ALT. STARTER BATTERY IS GOOD

You are going to have to start tracking down where the short is.  If you feel it is a short in the dashboard, then take it to a shop YOU TRUST and have them take a look.

We are talking about electrical which can RUN you some $$$ is you are not sure of what is going on and don't know how to fix it yourself.
