Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Turn signal flasher on 95 Buick Skylark, turn signal flasher, buick skylark

Can you tell me where the turn signal flasher is located on a 95 Buick Skylark, and possibly what needs to be done to change it?  I have looked for hours under the dash to no avail.

Hello Pat,
The emergency flasher is located in the fuse block, but the turn signal flasher is supposed to be in a little metal clip attached to the steering column, where it bolts to the underside of the dash.
You just pull it out, and stick in a new one. About three dollars.
